They prepare the paste from a single herb that is collected from nearby places the previous day and use them fresh every day. They are not cultivating the plant although there is a high requirement but are totally dependent on wild growths.
However, the specialty does not lie with the herb but with the skill in manipulating the bones and setting the alignment in the right order.
