Not sure if it was a great value for our money for those two reasons alone. SPG member. Terrific tapanyaki with decent price. Good place to go for an elegant meal. Located near highway and high speed train station, makes it an ideal place to stay during biz trip to Hsinchu. Super hotel, and by Western standards, a great deal.
The rooms are large, and the bathrooms are inspirational. Took a little time to figure out how all the light switches in the room worked. Also, gotta wonder what goes on in these rooms, since the bathtub is in full view of the bedroom through glass.
Tip: pull the blinds down if that weirds you out. I stayed at the Sheraton Hsinchu for business. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast is very diverse and if great quality. The staff spoke English very well and were all polite and very professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. This is a very nice hotel with a grandiose entrance. Large rooms with glad wall to the bathroom. Great views from the rooms.
The Chinese restaurant was very good and compared to San Francisco prices almost cheap.
Been here in Hsinchu (Zhubei) for about two months, and discovered dating is Download some apps, hit some bars or clubs, you'll be fine. Whenever, wherever you see hot or sexy looking “women” in Taiwan, you're just seeing little girls. www.padam.hu › packages › dating › page=Speed-D.
There is also a sauna, steam room and pool that I didn't visit. Nice dining facilities in the hotel. Location close to high speed rail station. Been to this hotel for years. Sheraton style.
Grand lobby. Modern design. Very clean and functional rooms. Good and swift service. Not the best place in hsinchu for outside food. Japanese tepan, Cantonese cuisine restaurants are 4 stars too. But the breakfast buffet is below average for this Starwood brand. I still enjoy the place and feel welcome everytime. Located in a street and neighberhood with lots if activety, shops and restaurants. Rooms are modern and have enough space. Bathroom with tub and shower. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice. Also the gym and sauna are very nice. Big room, very good equipped gym.
Large breakfast buffet and good coffee - however, only if you find the swiss coffee machine. A grand hotel indeed. The breakfast is a feast, the fitness centre and swimming pool are top notch. My room has been upgraded to junior suite so everything is perfect. Highly recommended. Great modern hotel. Attentive and we'll spoken staff. Good size rooms.
Breakfast is excellent for mixed cuisine. Nice dinning facilities in the hotel. Compared to the ambassador is it to expensive, but the rooms are amazing, I can watch TV from my bathtub. The breakfast is insanely good. The fitness is very nice, but the sauna and swimming pool are less than expected.
But it's still a 5star worth. They offer great roomservice. Very tasty! And they have a hotel lounge with whisky, wine, beers, foods. The Sheraton Hsinchu is overall a comfortable place to stay, right off Freeway 1. Suites are very spacious, the executive lounge offers a barely decent breakfast.
The standard issue buffet restaurant is a risky choice as most buffets are. It is invaded by locals during week-ends and even week days, the chinese restaurant food quality is hit and miss. There are not many restaurants in the area, but there is an Outback steak house within walking distance and a small italian in the side streets nearby. Starbucks on the other side of the avenue.
Traffic to the science park can be fierce unless you avoid rush hours by going early and returning late. Still the best hotel choice in the Hsinchu area in my opinion. It was large and spacious, located in a clean and modern city. It also had some great food nearby. Easily up to Sheraton's Standards. Nice hotel with good staff. Location isn't the best, but you are near the HSR to get up to Taipei in 30 min.
Great for business travelers. Good fitness facilities and a narrow 3-lane but decent lap pool. Comfortable hotel with easy access to the high speed train station. Rooms are big and very modern.
If you are looking for your Starbucks fix, it is a short walk across the street. Good rooms, Big breakfast buffet.
A bit pricey. Most luxury hotel I ever visited. If you have enough money, you will get appropriate service. I was lucky to take business trip to Hsinchu. Hotel well situated close to restaurant and lively street but nothing to see or do, this is a business-only location.
