This imbalance can be, and should be rectified by HMC. No Nespresso machines, no decent snacks. This was strange as many hotels offer this as standard now. On the whole though, and this is the key takeaway, HMC was a wonderful experience, wide, expansive rooms, stunning views from the 2-bed suites — see my pictures, superb cleanliness and respectful staff. Even the location, slightly away from the throng and masses around the Clock tower has been well worked with shuttle buses constantly getting you to and fro to the haram boundary. As a final point, my recommendations around performing Umrah, Tawaf etc.

Yes there is a shuttle service down a dusty rd to the Haram but if travelling with the elderly or with young children it is ideal as going back to the hotel is up-hill. Literally only takes mins in the bus if that. With regards to the view, you have some amazing choices of looking over at cave Hira and some of the haram or the haram as per the picture attached. Not sure of other rooms but these are the views that we had Alhumdulillah.
A very nice hotel which is very much at par with the other top hotels in the area. Their service levels are immaculate. Use the shuttle as its very convenient. Rafeek is the star of the show here. First day I tried to walk to the Haram The shuttle option is a lot more convenient and I would highly recommend everybody to use it.
Over all they are running a good show at this place!

Location is very close to Haram, few minutes walk or you can take shuttle which runs 24 hours. Staff is very professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Our room had a partial Haram view. I would like to mention Azure Restaurant, we went there for breakfast during our stay. They had a nice spread of different cuisines including Asian. Everything was very fresh and staff was very hospitable specially Rafeek.
