The restaurant service was very disorganised. Last time I had written a bad review but this time it's overall a good stay. The Minerva Grand - Vijayawada staff has improved the service, last time when I visited there. I had posted a detailed review with its poor performance and pics but this time hats off things have improved and had a good stay.
Overall all 9 out of 10 inclusive of breakfast, staff response and room service.
This is my 2nd trip to the Minerva Grand - Vijayawada, I felt that house keeping is very slow Mis-communication. Surprisingly When I asked them to clean up the room, they questioned me when you are leaving. Even when informed to Reception for checking out, no One Showed up for luggage pick up. Good Minerva Grand - Vijayawada, easy for commuting, reception staff are supportive. Didn't like keeping water jugs in the room, maybe water is from water purifiers but what about the jug cleaned or contaminated one.
Please replace it with mineral water bottles. We travelled as a family but in the rooms corridor we always found people smoking due to which the corridor and also the rooms were filled with the cigar smell is totally unacceptable as we expect certain standards and also the house keeping service is worse. My room section was under renovation. I found some cockroach in my room.
After complaining they upgraded my room. I have stayed here before but never faced this issue.
Please take care of hygiene of the rooms. We stayed for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. It is located at a prime location opposite to a mall. Food options are plenty in the Minerva Grand - Vijayawada especially like the Minerva coffee shop. Location is good but a little away from the business centres, food is awesome. No parking space. Breakfast was horrible. No attention of staff.

Minerva has good name in Hyderabad. Recently stayed at mg Vijayawada. Enjoyed the stay, the service and food is good. Mine only choice to stay in Vijaywada, love this Minerva Grand - Vijayawada. We enjoyed our stay in this Minerva Grand - Vijayawada and staff is also very helpful. It was a very comfortable stay and had some good yummy food. Staff was very polite and service was lightning quick. Only problem is undergoing renovation machinery sounds, which is temporary.
